Making a Purchase
All published prices include V.A.T.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy, select any options (eg colour / size) to suit your requirements and click on 'add to cart' to put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "checkout". If you have not logged in you will be asked to register so that we can gather the necessary details for delivery and payment.
We accept credit & debit card payments via Paypal (you do not need to register with Paypal to use this facility!). Card payments will be processed via a secure link to Paypal
We also accept payments by cheques & postal order but goods will not be despatched until your cheque clears at the bank
Availability
Like most companies it is impossible for us to keep all items, in all colours & in all sizes in stock at all times. We do hold considerable stocks available for immediate dispatch, & where items have to be ordered from the UK delivery to us is normally with 48 hours, if we have to order from outside the UK then delivery time will be a little longer.
Despatch
Where possible orders are processed & sent out within 48 hours of confirmed payment, but please allow up to 10 days for receipt to account for fluctuations in delivery service by carriers, & our own stock replenishment.
If we do not expect you to receive your goods within 10 days we will contact you with an expected date of delivery. You will be given the opportunity to leave the item on back order, cancel the order in part or in full, or accept an alternative item.
If you require delivery urgently please check with us about stock availability before ordering. You will be notified of despatch within 24 hours of the goods being sent. All items are sent 1st class mail. Please report non-delivery within 7 days of being notified of despatch.
